Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://trailerrentalcompanynorfolk.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Trailer Rental, Equipment Transport, Material Delivery, Dump Trailer Rental, Flatbed Trailer Rental, Heavy Equipment Hauling, Cargo Trailer Rental, Junk Hauling provided by Anchor Point Trailer and Transport LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Anchor Point Trailer and Transport LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Anchor Point Trailer and Transport LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Anchor Point Trailer and Transport LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Anchor Point Trailer and Transport LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. VA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in VA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
